Suction Filters

Arag make a specific range of suction filters which are very popular in the pumping and spraying industry. These units are high flow capacity and can handle the vacuum or suction pressures generated by centrifugal and positive displacement pumps. These units cannot be used in pressure applications.

Most pressure filters, such as Amiad, Teejet and Arag with the exception of self cleaning filters, can also be used for suction purposes.

Most suction filters will have courser mesh size elements to ensure it does not clog up and starve, and potentially destroying the pump.
